A. Distributed Antenna System (DAS) / Pico Cell Installation

Our project management has included but not limited to the following scope of works – general requirements such as securing insurance / bonds, permitting / access pass; site development works, equipment room works, equipment shelter works, electrical works, cabling and antenna installation works, cable entrance facilities, boring, coring and restoration works; testing, commissioning and complete project documentation. In response to SMART's peak requirements, E-Link simultaneously mobilized teams to support our client’s objective.

Since E-Link begun DAS projects, it has managed the national installation, expansion and rehabilitation - a challenge that we were proud to have undertaken. Unparalleled deployment records on these projects were achieved and we have successfully completed the same.

B. BTS and Microwave Installation

In relation to E-Link's technical expertise our services extend to BTS and Microwave Equipment Installation. Special projects that tackle overall project management includes the following:

1. Installation for sector configuration equipment – the indoor works include BTS and power installation and DDF termination; outdoor works include pole mounting and installation, feeders and feeder clamps installation, termination of connectors in feeders, termination of feeders in antenna and BTS, installation of earthing kit in feeder and termination of grounding bar.

2. Microwave radio installation – the radio equipment installation includes but not limited to mux/demux, power supply, equipment rack and cable termination.

3. Antenna and cable installation – includes but not limited to mounting tower, alignment of antenna, installation of RF cable and RF switch cable, installation of lightning arrester for RF cable, installation of grounding kits at the entrance to the shelter.

4. Testing and commissioning of unit including but not limited to initial testing, BER testing (based on SMART provided Test Protocols.

5. Complete project documentation – including but not limited to submission of as-built plans, installation checklist, BER result and site photographs.

Where the cell site is, E-Link goes despite the remoteness of the location or special permit areas. E-Link has proudly managed the deployment for these installations. Thus far we have successfully accomplished more than a hundred sites for this type of project.

C. OSP - Copper and Fiber Optic Cable Installation

For Inside Plant and Outside Plant Projects we have handled various works such as: cable construction and installation including all aerial, underground and conduit entrance facilities; rehabilitation, restoration and recovery works; testing and complete documentation.

We have accomplished more than 20 project sites and we are still rapidly growing.
